How do I find a product ?
Each product on our website has a separate product page with a variety of photographs and occasionally videos. There is also information regarding the item's sizes, colors, and other available materials. In the search box, type the product name or number. Everything on the site about the product will be visible to you. You may find product pages for all of our items by browsing the Shop section's product categories.
How do I buy a product ?
Select the required color and size from the product page (see above). Then, to add the
item to your shopping bag, click the "Shop this" button.
Click "Check out" once you have everything you need in your shopping bag. The buying process consists of just three easy steps:
Register. Log in or register a new account.
Checkout. Enter your address, agree to the
terms of sale, choose a gift and a shipping method, and then check the
specifics of your order.
Payment. Once you've chosen your payment
method, place your order.
We will send you an email with order details, a link to monitor your delivery, and an electronic invoice as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How do I know if a product is in stock ?
Items in our online store are typically in stock. Please remember, even though an item is in stock and is in your shopping bag, another consumer might purchase it before you finish the order.
How can I be sure your products are authentic?
The authenticity of every item we sell is unconditionally guaranteed by us.
Do you provide same day delivery service?
No. We regret that we are unable to provide same-day delivery at this time.
How soon will my order be delivered, and how much will it cost? Once the payment and shipping arrangements have been accepted, we simply send your order. After you have chosen your shipping address, all delivery fees will be visible right on your checkout page.
Every delivery must be acknowledged, as we require delivery confirmation. Please make sure you are accessible to sign for the delivery because we are unable to authorize a delivery without one. Using the 'Order History' option in your account, you may keep tabs on the status of your order.
Any delivery time or date that we have provided is simply an estimate, and we won't be responsible for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of delivery delays.
Can I change the delivery address once my order has been sent ?
Sadly, no. Therefore make sure to include an appropriate delivery address.
How can I track my order ?
We will send you an email with a tracking number once your product has been dispatched, verifying the shipment information. By entering your account and selecting the appropriate order, you can always check the status of your shipment and keep track of it.
How do I make sure if the colour that I ordered is the exact same as shown in the picture?
There will be a slight change in the product's actual color as shown in the image due to resolutions of different devices where the product image is being shown. Also, all our products are handmade and and it may result in a slight variation.
